Returns Information:
At Tommyhair, our goal is always to provide our customers with high-quality products at competitive factory prices. Customer satisfaction is always our number one priority. All the items that we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Our professional Customer Support Team is at your service at any time.
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
2. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
A) Email us your request for the items you wish to return together with your Order ID to service01.kefu@gmail.com.
B) Mail us back your item(s) to the address in our reply email.
For Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. After everything is checked and all good, you will receive your refund in the original form of payment approximately 5-7 business days.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and return shipping cost if the return is a result of service01.kefu@gmail.com error or defective product.
